How did you guys find out about Goozex????

I'd been hearing about Goozex from various news articles, and the occasional ad and kind of put a mental bookmark on it for about four months, then finally decided to visit the site and look around too see how it worked and what the customer service was like. After trawling the forums for awhile, I ended up signing up, and I've saved a ton of money and had a lot of fun so far.... even with my 360 being in the shop >_<

This is an absolutely fantastic site if you've just picked up a console and want all the great titles everyone else has played, but are new to you. I've managed to bulk out my Wii collection significantly.

A friend whom was obessed with me joining... was active for about month... stopped for a couple months and got back on to be somewhat quite... then came the Saturday where I went on a posting rampage and then people started to realize who I was... Been mostly active ever since...

CAG - lots of sigs and advertising for the Gooz and I finally bit in hopes of getting a good deal for trading in Uncharted.

First trade was a great experience and I haven't looked back since.

I found out about it in an article in XBOX Mag, they were talking about how gamestop rips you off when you try and sell used games that were still worth full price. They mentioned this and i checked it out that day and signed up.

I heard it on the Rebel FM podcast. They were also talking about used games and they mentioned using this site instead of places like GameStop. Thought I'd give it a try.

Mine's a funny story!

My friend wasn't exactly sure what this site was, but it looked like something that could be exploited.  So he told me to join under his referral, and I did.  I trade getting my free game, but it never came.  I left negative.  And also, we both figured out it couldn't really be exploited (only 1 account per IP, blah blah blah) and we realised that the site is awesome and I've been on it ever since.

(You guys will probably hate me for this confession  )  Just remember, this is Church, and no confessions may be spoken about to the police/FBI/Government Agent

PlayStation Magizine is where I first heard about Goozex.

In an artical mostly about used game stores there was a sidebar about internet game tradeing sites; only two sites were mentioned, and Goozex was one of them (obviousley). After doing some research/comparison about game trading sites; I went with Goozex because of their points-based system.

Either lifehacker or gizmodo, can't recall which. God I read too many blogs. Was also kinda pissed at gamestop when I kept only getting $3 back on $50 games.

i was reading OXM and there was an article about gaming on the cheap, and goozex was mentioned, so i checked it out and joined. its pretty cool.
