It means most 'girls' in online games are guys.
Certainly, you are girls. It doesn't matter to me though, as I don't care if you're a girl gamer or a guy gamer, you're just a gamer. However, for those who do like to make distinctions and give preferential gaming treatment to female gamers, well they should assume that it's a guy, because most of them are.

The point is, most gamers are guys. In many cases, (this is a mostly MMO observation) guys will pretend to be girls in games, because the adolescent gamer will, in general, treat them better and give them shit. I do not care. You can be a girl, or a guy, you're still just gaming with me, and I don't care.
You can say you're a girl all day long, and it simply does not matter; I'll either play with you because it's fun and you're good, or I won't, because it's not. Unless I see proof you're a girl, I'll assume you're a guy. Even if I do, though, I still won't care.
