1. SPONSOR: This promotion (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Goozex, Inc. and subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States and Canada. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Goozex, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents, and foregoing employees' household or immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling, or grandparent) are NOT eligible to enter Sweepstakes. By their submission of entry, participants warrant they are legally entitled and authorized to make such submission, either on their own behalf, or as to information submitted upon the express authorization of another on whose behalf the information is submitted. The postcard must be received by April 21, 2011 to be an eligible entry. Only postcards sent by active accounts established before March 17, 2011 are eligible.

All users that complete three or more trades with positive feedback within the Period, or send an eligible postcard within the Period, are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.

Only one entry per user account. Use of automated devices or methods of submission are not valid forms of entry. Two (2) more prizes will be awarded to two additional eligible entries. The two prize winners will receive 10 Goozex tokens granted to their accounts.

Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. Winner will be responsible for all taxes (federal, state, and local) and all expenses not listed herein related to acceptance and use of any prize. Prize will be awarded if properly claimed. Limit one prize per household. All prizes shall be at the sole discretion of Sponsor, and may be subject to change. Any prize won by a minor will be awarded to his parent or legal guardian. Goozex rules for the "Holiday Greeting Card" contest - December 9, 2010 - January 7, 2011

Contest

Members are to create and submit a Goozex-themed holiday greeting card. The greeting card must be Goozex related, and holiday related, funny, or sentimental.

Contest entry period: December 9, 2010 until January 7, 2011. Winners will be announced the following Monday January 10th.

Participation to contests

To be eligible users must sign up on Goozex.com, activate an account, and actively participate in the Goozex forums. Limit one prize per household. Multiple accounts, not confirmed accounts, fake emails, or incomplete or incorrect home addresses disqualify users from Goozex forum promotions. Winners must have a valid United States, Canadian or Bermudian mailing address on file with Goozex at the time of entry in the contest. Winners may not redeem any prize for cash, Goozex points or trade credits. Goozex will mail out the prize(s) to the address(es) provided upon registration or will email any electronic certificate or Gift Card to the email address provided upon registration. Submission of images

Members can submit an image in either Jpeg, gif, png, psd or bmp format. Minimum size should be 300 x 300 pixels. There is no maximum size, however the file size should be smaller than 600 Kilobytes. Image format can be RGB or CMYK, in black and white or color.

Images can be submitted to enter the contest by posting the image on the forum, or by sending the image via email to marketing AT goozex DOT com.

By submitting an image for a contest members understand and accept that they will be automatically entered into the specific contest, and that any image submitted will become immediate property of Goozex. The image may be subject to Goozex approval. The author accepts to transfer all rights to Goozex, Inc.

Submission approval process

Each submission is subject to approval by Goozex. All decisions are final. Goozex reserves the right to delete your submission from the forum or deny your participation to the contest for any violation of these rules, for any attempt to perform malicious activity, for copyright infringement, or for no reason at all.

The Goozex team may have an approval review of each entry before approving submission. The approval review shall take place within 7 business days from the submission date as reported on the forum. Entries are automatically approved after 7 business days unless deleted by Goozex or the author has been informed of the contrary via email.

The Goozex Exchange (beta) is a new service from Goozex that allows members to spend their points and order new items from Goozex. Now you can trade your games and movies, earn points, and then put your points to good use and buy new items!

The service is in "beta" right now, meaning that we are still testing some of the features. While in this state, Goozex offers a limited selection of titles, and depending on demand for products may run it on a limited basis. We anticipate that the service will be extended to cover a larger selection of titles, and that is will be available on a more continuous basis in the future. The idea is to offer a venue where you can spend your hard-earned points for new games, in an easy and fast process.

Terms and conditions

At the moment the service is provided on a limited basis. Goozex reserves the right to suspend the service at any time, and does not guarantee that the service will be available in the future, or that the same products will be available in the future.

All orders are processed through trusted third party vendors and partners. The products ordered are shipped directly by our partners at the address the user has on file with Goozex at the time of purchase. You, the user, takes full responsibility in ensuring the address on file with Goozex is correct and current. Should the package be returned to Goozex for "invalid, unknown, or wrong address", Goozex reserves the right to charge the user account with the amount of points spent by you, the user, to purchase the product, plus shipping and handling fees.

New orders on the Exchange are processed by Goozex within 5 - 10 business days. The products are shipped by our fulfillment partners using standard mail. It may take up to 10 - 15 business days for a new order to be delivered. Goozex makes the best effort in offering products that are readily available by our fulfillment partners. However, Goozex cannot guarantee partners' delivery times, and Goozex has no control on our partners' supply: the product may be sold-out or have a waiting list at the time of purchase on the Goozex Exchange. In case the product cannot be shipped by our fulfillment partners within 30 days from purchase or is no longer available for sale, Goozex will refund the user with the amount of Goozex points spent and will cancel the order.

Under no circumstances (including special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for a missing, lost, unavailable, sold-out, or wrong order) shall Goozex be liable to the user for an amount greater than the Goozex points spent by the user on that order. Whereas the product offers a warranty of any kind (for defects or other reasons), said warranty is offered by the original manufacturer or by the Goozex supplier through which the order is fulfilled. Under no circumstances shall Goozex be liable for any warranty claims or services on products sold through the Exchange.

Only select titles are supported in the Exchange. Supply is limited, and the Exchange may be terminated at any time without notice. Goozex may choose to limit the supply for each individual title, or for all titles at once, to a maximum number of orders.

Some eligibility criteria apply to the user account, including the following: must be in good standing, with a valid address on file with Goozex, with a positive transaction history, and with a feedback score higher than a minimum threshold. Each user may be limited to a maximum number of orders every month, and may be limited to order a maximum number of copies of each product. These restrictions are changed from time to time: you may check current restrictions in the FAQ page.

By participating to the program or requesting a product on the Exchange, you explicitly understand and accept these terms and conditions.
