To be eligible to win the prize, you must enter the contest between June 20, 2010 to July 5, 2010 by doing one of the actions listed below:

1) If you purchase, or have already purchased during the eligible period, one of any Goozex gift cards that are on sale, you are automatically entered into the contest. The eligible gift cards are the following:

•    Gift card: 2000 Goozex points + 5 trade tokens $ 52.50 50% off!
•    Gift card: 3500 Goozex points + 10 trade tokens $ 92.50 50% off!
•    Gift card: 5000 Goozex points + 20 trade tokens $ 135.00 50% off!

•    Gift card: 50 trade tokens $ 33.00 33% off!

A purchase of an eligible gift card represents an entry to the contest.

2) You can also enter the contest by sending a Private Message to the user "Blackcoyote" with the text "XBOX 360 PRIZE" in the subject line. A private message represents an entry to the contest.

Only one entry per member. All entries are equal. Entries are accepted until midnight July 5, 2010 (PST). On July 6, 2010, Goozex will randomly select one winner among the eligible entrants. Only one winner will be selected.    Multiple accounts, unconfirmed accounts, fake email addresses, or inaccurate home addresses will disqualify an entry into the sweepstakes.  The winner must have a valid United States, Canadian or Bermudian mailing address on file with Goozex at the time of the contest.  Any prize won by a minor will be awarded to his parent or legal guardian.  The winner may not redeem the prize for cash, Goozex points or trade credits.  The winner will be notified by email and has 96 hours to respond via email; failure to accept the prize within this timeframe may result in the selection of an alternate winner.  Goozex will mail the prize to the winner at the address provided on Goozex.com by July 5, 2010.

By purchasing any of the select gift cards on Goozex.com, or by sending a private message to user 'Blackcoyote' as noted above, users are automatically entered into the contest and agree to these terms and conditions. By entering this contest, you agree that Goozex, Inc. may use your name, likeness, and website for promotional purposes without further payment unless prohibited by law.  Each winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes based on the value of the prize received.  No purchase necessary.  No monetary payment is required in order to receive the prize offered.  Winning odds depend on the number of entries.  All federal, state, province and local laws and regulations apply.
