Goozex is running a promotion during the month of June, granting a bonus of 50 Goozex points to each Goozex member that sells a PlayStation 3 game on Goozex.com and receives positive feedback.  To be eligible for the bonus, you must be a current and active member of Goozex.com, trade one or more PlayStation 3 games as "seller", and receive positive feedback for the transaction. Eligible transactions are those that start during the month of June 2010 (match date between June 1, 2010 and June 30, 2010 CST), and complete with positive feedback. The bonus is granted for each eligible transaction.

The bonus of 50 points is granted only to the "seller" of each PlayStation 3 game transaction. Other platforms and products are excluded.  Multiple accounts, unconfirmed accounts, fake email addresses, or inaccurate home addresses will disqualify an entry into the promotion.  The recipient must have a valid United States, Canadian or Bermudian mailing address on file with Goozex at the time of the promotion.  The bonus is granted to the member's account that completes the transaction as the seller.  The recipient may not redeem the bonus for cash, other Goozex points or trade credits.  Eligible members will be granted the bonus by July 1, 2010. Members can verify receiving the bonus by looking at the "Account History" on their "My Account" page on Goozex.com.

Any member that accepts to trade a PlayStation 3 game during the month of June is automatically entered into the promotion. By entering this promotion, you agree that Goozex, Inc. may use your name, likeness, and website for promotional purposes without further payment unless prohibited by law.  Each winner may be solely responsible for any applicable taxes based on the value of the prize received.  No purchase necessary.  No monetary payment is required in order to receive the prize offered.   All federal, state, province and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

If this promotion cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond Goozex's control, such as infection by computer virus, tampering, or technical failures, Goozex at its sole discretion reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify this promotion without liability.  Goozex, Inc. is not responsible for any loss, injury, liability or damage of any kind resulting or arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or participation in the contest.  Any and all guarantees and warranties for the merchandise prize are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions and the winner agrees to look solely to the manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claim.
