Goozex is running a promotion giving away one preselected PlayStation 3 game (retail value $60.00) to the top ten PlayStation 3 game traders on Goozex in the month of June.
To be eligible to win the prize, you must sign up on Goozex.com, activate your account, and trade any PlayStation 3 title between the entry dates. The top ten traders for PlayStation 3 trades will be selected among active Goozex members based on the total number of eligible trades as both buyer and seller.
Eligible trades are transactions for PlayStation 3 games started in a match state between June 1, 2010 and June 30, 2010 (PST), and completed by July 21, 2010 (PST) with positive feedback. Any trade that is not completed by July 21, 2010, that has received neutral or negative feedback, or that is in a dispute resolution stage on July 21, 2010 will not be counted as eligible.
All ties for the tenth place will be eligible for the prize giveaway. The contest will officially close on July 22, 2010.

The schedule for the contest is:

* June 1, 2010 - Goozex Promotion begins. This is the start date for eligible trades.
* June 30, 2010 - The last eligible trade in match state by midnight (PST) is recorded. This is the end date for eligible trades.
* July 21, 2010 - All eligible trades must complete in finished state by midnight (PST) with positive feedback.
* July 22, 2010 - The contest ends and the top ten winners are announced.

Eligible winners can receive only one prize.  Winners are selected as those members with the highest number of total eligible PlayStation 3 trades as both a buyer and seller.  Only the top 10 members (including any 10th placed ties) will be included. Multiple accounts, unconfirmed accounts, fake email addresses, or inaccurate home addresses will disqualify an entry into the promotion.  The winner must have a valid United States, Canadian or Bermudian mailing address on file with Goozex at the time of the contest.  Any prize won by a minor will be awarded to his parent or legal guardian.  The winner may not redeem the prize for cash, Goozex points or trade credits.  Eligible members will be notified by email and have 96 hours to respond via email; failure to accept the prize within this timeframe may result in disqualification.  Goozex will mail the prize to the winner at the address provided upon registration.
By entering this contest, you agree that Goozex, Inc. may use your name, likeness, and website for promotional purposes without further payment unless prohibited by law.  Each winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes based on the value of the prize received.  No purchase necessary.  No monetary payment is required in order to receive the prize offered.  Winning odds depend on the number of entries.  All federal, state, province and local laws and regulations apply.
